Advanced Bookings & Appointments
All appointments must be made in advance to avoid disappointment and will allow us to cater for your preferred time. Please arrive in time for your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Heart to Heart Holistic Health cannot accept liability for lost gift vouchers.

Cancellation Policy
Here at Heart to Heart Holistic Health we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. We would ask that you please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Should you fail to show up to an appointment, or fail to provide 24 hours notice of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment a credit card will then be required to hold your following appointment and a £10 service charge will be applied. Should you fail to show for a second appointment a charge of 50% of the service amount will be taken from your card. and no further appointments will be permitted unless agreement can be made with the management team.

Refunds & Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Heart to Heart Holistic Health. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
